Air sealing tape 3M 8067

A new tape technology used for permanent air sealing in connections, joints and penetrations. Air tight, prevents moisture convection and thus reduces energy leakage. Adheres to most materials and can be applied to damp surfaces and in temperatures down to -18°C. Operating temperature -40° - +60° C. Has a patented backing material that is approved to seal around penetrating nails. 6 months UV resistance and comes with a split liner that simplifies application. Used for windows and doors, attic beams and attic hatches. It can also be used for joints between joists and wall life as well as electrical boxes and pipes.
