Should you find the same product at a lower price at a local competitor, not only will we match the price, but we will also refund 10% of the difference. This is our promise to you!
Our Price Promise is valid for up to seven days after your purchase and works as follows:

If you as a customer discover an identical product at a lower price at a local competitor, we will offer the same price and return 10% of the difference.
*How does it work online?*
- The price promise only applies to websites.
- The product must be comparable in model, color, size and performance.
- The product must be in stock at the competitor when we verify the price.
- We match the total price, including any shipping, handling and administration fees.
- The competitor's price must be available for at least 24 hours.
The price promise also includes products subject to promotions, provided that these promotions are available to everyone. Please contact our customer service via email, where we will evaluate whether you meet our price promise conditions. Note that a screenshot is not sufficient as proof. Please specify which product applies, state the quantity, postal code for delivery and attach links to both Toolstech Depot and the competitor.
