1. Right of withdrawal
1.1 By law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you or someone shopping for you receives the product from Toolstech Depot (the "Site").
Exceptions for certain products
1.2 Certain products are not covered by the right of withdrawal. This applies to the following products:
a) Products that have been adapted to your specific wishes or that have otherwise been given a clear personal touch.
b) Products where the seal has been broken and which cannot be suitably returned due to health or hygiene, if the seal has been broken by you as a customer.
c) Products that can quickly deteriorate or become too old, such as flowers and plants.
1.3 If you buy a product where the right of withdrawal does not apply, this will be clearly stated in the product description on the Website.
Depreciation for used products
1.4 When you exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days, you have the right to open the packaging and inspect the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and function.
1.5 If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the product, you are entitled to a full refund. If you handle the product more than is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function, we reserve the right to make a deduction for depreciation. This deduction is calculated by comparing the product upon return with its original value at the time of purchase. In order to receive a full refund in the event of a right of withdrawal, we recommend that you return the product in its original condition.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
1.6 If you wish to return your purchase, notify us within 30 days of the day you, or someone shopping for you, receives the product or collects your order. You can easily notify us of your return by sending an email to our customer service at infotoolstechdepot@gmail.com. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal, which can be found at the following link: Cancellation form | Publications - Swedish Consumer Agency .
1.7 After you have notified us of your intention to return your purchase, you should return the product within 30 days. We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging as you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return transport that occurs due to faulty packaging.
Return costs
1.8 If you return the product within 30 days of the free return limit, the return label is included in your package and is free of charge. If, however, you return the product after 30 days, you are responsible for the return costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Special transport - See section 1.10 - Stone, wood, cottages, and the like.
1.10 For bulky goods that require special transport, the return costs vary depending on the product type and mode of transport. The cost amounts to a maximum of SEK 20,000. You will be informed of the current costs when you contact our customer service.
Refund
1.11 Once you have returned your purchase, we will process the refund within 10 days of notifying us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. The refund is made via our payment service provider. However, we will not process the refund until we have received the product or until you have proven that you have returned it to us.
1.12 The refund includes any shipping costs you paid in connection with your purchase. However, this only applies to standard shipping costs. Extra charges for premium shipping are non-refundable.
1.13 The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
